1. Subject of the agreement

Angry Ivy is a service for caring for houseplants. It helps you keep a list of your plants, sends care reminders based on the weather in your city, recognises plants from a photo, and gives recommendations through an AI assistant. The Service is provided “as is” and is for reference and information purposes.

2. Service operator

3. Registration and account

• To access the main features you need to register an account by providing your email, a password and your city.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account.
• How your data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Your rights and obligations

• Use the Service as intended and do not disrupt its infrastructure.
• Do not upload unlawful content or infringe the rights of third parties.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ accounts or data.
• Understand that care recommendations and plant recognition are advisory and may contain inaccuracies; the final decision about caring for your plant is yours.

5. Operator’s rights and obligations

• Provide access to the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• Process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• The operator may change, suspend or discontinue individual features of the Service, and may restrict access where these Terms are breached.

6. Intellectual property

Rights to the Service, its design and content (other than content uploaded by users) belong to the operator. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant the operator the right to use it to the extent needed to run the Service.

7. Liability and limitations

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The operator is not liable for the condition of your plants or for any losses arising from using the Service’s advisory recommendations. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Changes to the Terms

The operator may change these Terms. The current version is published on this page; the date at the top reflects the date of the last change. By continuing to use the Service after changes, you accept the new version.
